Course Purpose: A risk-management program which empowers all employees to understand the effects of discrimination, harassment and workplace bullying, how to recognize these harmful behaviours and what to do about them whether you are the victim, aggressor, witness or bystander. An extra module on violence in the workplace and specific information on how to report concerns was added for Canadian Red Cross staff and volunteers.
